Get to Know Us
JAWS Audio became official in 2019, but the story began long before that. Between borrowed gear, makeshift setups, and long nights in a garage on the North-East Side of San Antonio. For the first two years, we put in the groundwork running sound and lights for local bands at small neighborhood bars, growing our reputation one show at a time.
What started as a passion project with a crew of close friends and family has evolved into a full-scale AV production company trusted across Texas and beyond. In the past five years, we've brought to life more than 400 live shows, private events, and corporate productions, each one a chance to push boundaries and elevate the experience with custom lighting, evolving audio, and exceptional visuals.
Today, JAWS AVL is known for high-impact AV production across the state of Texas and beyond. From conferences to branded activations, we blend creative vision with technical precision, constantly evolving, constantly innovating, and always ready with the latest gear and solutions - quality is non-negotiable.

Jonathan Williams
CEO
Founder of JAWS Audio, San Antonio-based provider of audio and lighting services. With a degree in Audio Production and a Master’s Degree in Communication, he brings unmatched expertise. Collaborator with entertainment leaders and educator at Audio EnginEARing Institute, Jonathan's passion for sound excellence shines in services for diverse events.
Argali Moctezuma, P.E.
Operations
Argali is an exceptionally motivated Licensed Professional Electrical Engineer with strong communication and leadership skills. With experience in electrical distribution design and implementation for low and medium voltage applications, along with expertise in low voltage control systems, Argali brings a wealth of knowledge to the engineering team in every project they work on.

Project Manager
A versatile audio engineer with a focus on live events, James skillfully mixes for touring acts across Texas. Recently nominated for Best Audio Engineer in San Antonio 2023, he's devoted to delivering outstanding sound experiences. James' love for music and guitar expertise ensure impeccable sound quality in every client event.
Harding Cloudt, P.E., S.E.
Engineer
A skilled audio/visual installation technician and audio engineer, Harding's passion for live music and sound drives his work. Holding licenses as a Professional and Structural Engineer, he merges technical expertise and creativity seamlessly. Beyond AV, he's a drummer in the band Deer Run and cherishes quality time with loved ones.
Ricardo Carlo
COO
Transitioning from radiology to audio engineering, Ricardo discovered his true passion. Proficient in live event audio setup and a fervent advocate for event technology, he's dedicated to providing extraordinary experiences. Ricardo's background includes collaboration with a major event tech company.
